Occasionally, there are unavoidable changes that happen after the schedule is posted on Tuesday. It is best practice to check back the day before the tournament to ensure there have been no changes.

Tie-Breaking Protocol
Tie-breaking matches will not be played in this event. In the event of a tie in pool play, the tie will be broken based on head-to-head results (where two teams are tied for one position), set percentage or point percentage in that order. If any teams are still tied after comparing point percentage, a coin flip will break the tie.
Team Referee Obligations
Referee schedules are included in the pool assignments. With few exceptions, teams losing in bracket play on Sunday will ref the next match on that court. It is possible that your team will have to ref the match before you play, regardless of your match time. If you are scheduled to ref the match before you play, please be in place no later than 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Parking is available on-site at no cost.
Providence Christian Academy
Parking is available on-site at no cost.
Trainers
A certified athletic trainer will be on-site at both locations throughout the duration of the event. Please bring your own tape (or other supplies) if you want them to wrap your ankles.
Chairs
TK Volleyball Facility
There will be chairs and bleacher seating provided. Spectators are permitted to bring their own chairs.
Providence Christian Academy
Limited seating will be available. Spectators are more than welcome to bring their own chairs.
Volleyballs
Teams must bring their own warm-up volleyballs and ball carts to the event.
Admissions
Spectators-including “chaperones” or “team reps”-whether rostered or not-will be charged $10 per day for admittance to the tournament. If you are planning on attending both days, you can purchase both a Saturday and Sunday pass at the same time. Players, coaches, and college coaches will be admitted without cost.
All wrist bands must be worn on the wrist in order to enter the facility.
Credit/Debit Card Only; no cash will be accepted.
Children ages 10 and under will be admitted for free.

Artificial Noise
No speakers, radios, air horns, bells or the like will be permitted in the gym.
Food and Beverage
TK Volleyball Facility
At this time there will not be concessions available on-site. Please plan to bring your own personal food and beverage. Team cooler will not be allowed inside the competition area.
Providence Christian Academy

Food Tables
There will be no food tables. We ask all athletes to put all beverages and food inside backpacks while in the facility.
