  • WHEN TO REGISTER? Registration opens on AES on 9/19/2023 at 8AM EST.

  • REFUNDS? If your division hasn't filled, we will give full refunds if requested on or before December 26, 2023. If you withdraw your team from the tournament after their division has filled, we will not refund your registration fee.
