Schedule
Schedule will be posted the Tuesday prior to tournament weekend. Please do not email or call with schedule-related questions before then.
Occasionally, there are unavoidable changes that happen after the schedule is posted on Tuesday. It is best practice to check back the day before the tournament to ensure there have been no changes.

GEORGIA INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTER (GICC)
Note that the GICC is not to be mistaken with the Georgia World Congress Center in downtown Atlanta. The GICC is located next the the airport.
Friday Night Check-in
Early check-in is available from 6:00-8:00pm on Friday, 2/16 at the tournament desk for the convention center. You will also be able to pre-purchase your admissions bands at this time.
It is not required to check-in Friday night. AM wave teams can check-in beginning at 7am Saturday morning. PM wave teams can check-in beginning at noon.
Coaches Meeting
No coaches packet will be available. For information regarding the competition format, please click the link below.
Tie-Breaking Protocol
Tie-breaking matches will not be played in this event. In the event of a tie in pool play, the tie will be broken based on head-to-head results (where two teams are tied for one position), set percentage or point percentage in that order. If any teams are still tied after comparing point percentage, a coin flip will break the tie.
Team Referee Obligations
Referee schedules are included in the pool assignments. With few exceptions, teams losing in bracket play on Sunday will ref the next match on that court. It is possible that your team will have to ref the match before you play, regardless of your match time. If you are scheduled to ref the match before you play, please be in place no later than 15 minutes prior to the start time.
Parking
There is on-site parking available at the GICC. $10/day-there are no in and out privileges. CREDIT CARDS ONLY.
NOTE - There are two different entrances to the GICC parking lots. See green stars below.
Trainers
A certified athletic trainer, will be on-site throughout the duration of the event. Please bring your own tape (or other supplies) if you want them to wrap your ankles.
Chairs
Outside chairs are not permitted in the Georgia International Convention Center. There will be chairs provided for you to sit in (comfy chairs).
Volleyballs
Teams must bring their own warm-up volleyballs and ball carts to the event.
Admissions

Spectators-including “chaperones” or “team reps”-whether rostered or not-will be charged $15 per day for admittance to the tournament. If you are planning on attending both days, you can purchase both a Saturday and Sunday pass at the same time. Players, coaches, and college coaches will be admitted without cost.
All wrist bands must be worn on the wrist in order to enter the facility.
Credit/Debit Card Only; no cash will be accepted.
Ages 10 and under will be admitted for free.

Artificial Noise
No speakers, radios, air horns, bells or the like will be permitted in the gym.
Food Tables
No food tables allowed in the facility. Athletes may pack a lunch in their bags. Concessions and food vendors will be available on-site.
