Online Ticket Sales & Admissions
Spectators-including “chaperones” or “team reps”-whether rostered or not-will be charged $16 for a 1-day pass or $32 for a weekend pass for admittance to the tournament. Players, coaches, and college coaches will be admitted without cost.
Admissions will open at 6:30am on Saturday Sunday.
Ages 10 and under will be admitted for free.
All wristbands must be work on the wrist.
On-site purchases are credit card only.
BJCC Admissions:
Tickets will also be sold at the North and East Hall box offices, sales beginning at 6:30am on each competition day. Please note that all tickets must be purchased through Ticketmaster and will include a $2.00 per day facility fee. Online ticket sales will include a $2.00 facility per day + online service charges. Online tickets can be purchased at the links below.
PMS & PHS Admissions (non-BJCC locations):
Admissions can be purchased in-person when you arrive at the facility.
Waves
Saturday matches start at 8am, Sunday matches start at 7:30am; Doors/admissions open 1 hour prior to match start times.

Schedule
Schedule will be posted the Tuesday prior to tournament weekend. Please do not email or call with schedule-related questions before then.
Occasionally, there are unavoidable changes that happen after the schedule is posted on Tuesday. It is best practice to check back the day before the tournament to ensure there have been no changes.

Coach/Team Check In
Friday night check in will NOT be available for Bama Beast. Coaches will be able to check their teams in as early as 7:00 am in the pre-function area of the North Exhibition hall on Saturday morning. Coaches with teams playing at PHS/PMS can check in their teams at either location the morning of competition as early as 7am.
Tie-Breaking Protocol
Tie-breaking matches will not be played in this event. In the event of a tie in pool play, the tie will be broken based on head-to-head results (where two teams are tied for one position), set percentage or point percentage in that order. If any teams are still tied after comparing point percentage, a coin flip will break the tie.
Team Referee Obligations
Referee schedules are included in the pool assignments. With few exceptions, teams losing in bracket play on Sunday will ref the next match on that court. It is possible that your team will have to ref the match before you play, regardless of your match time. If you are scheduled to ref the match before you play, please be in place no later than 15 minutes prior to the start time.
Parking
BJCC - There are several parking garages within a 5 minute walk to the exhibition halls. Typically, parking is $20/day.
PHS/PMS - parking available on-site at no charge.
Trainers
A certified athletic trainer, will be on-site throughout the duration of the event at all locations. Please bring your own tape (or other supplies) if you want them to wrap your ankles.
Chairs
BJCC - Outside chairs are not permitted in the BJCC. Chairs will be provided.
PHS/PMS - bleacher seating will be provided. Feel free to bring bleacher cushions.
Volleyballs
Teams must bring their own warm-up volleyballs and ball carts to the event.

Artificial Noise
No speakers, radios, air horns, bells or the like will be permitted in the gym.
Food & Beverage
BJCC - Concessions will be available on-site. No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the competition halls.
PHS/PMS - Concessions will be available on-site at both locations. Outside food is permitted, no coolers please.
