WEATHER UPDATE (NEW YEAR’S VOLLEYBASH 1/11 & 1/12 POSTPONED TO 1/18 & 1/19)

New Year’s VolleyBash Participants:

Well, we have been tracking Winter Storm Cora for the past week, hoping that the prognosticators got it wrong and we would have satisfactory weather for this weekend’s Volleybash. But Mother Nature has not cooperated, and safety dictates that we postpone the event.

Accordingly, we are moving SVT’s 2025 Volleybash to next weekend 1/18 -19. We realize that this may not work for some of your schedules, so we are asking you to respond to Briana with a thumbs up or thumbs down regarding your ability to compete next weekend. If that doesn’t work for you, we would ask that you take a look at SVT’s other tournaments and seeing if any of those events would work for your schedule. If neither of these alternatives work for you, let us know and we will refund your registration fee.

We ask that you respond either way (go or no-go) to Briana not later than noon on Saturday 1/11/25, which will give us time to re-do and publish the schedule.

We apologize for any inconvenience that results from this change, but – as much as we wanted to run the tournament -- it just isn’t worth compromising the safety of our customers. Thanks for understanding, and please respond to Briana as soon as you are able.
